Tile installation

Installation of stone tiles is carried out on a prepared mineral base.The surface must be smooth, dust-free and primed.The permissible humidity of the screed is no more than 4%.

  1. Clean the base, sand and vacuum if necessary.
  2. Apply the primer from the Aktash kit, wait 4–6 hours.
  3. Prepare an epoxy-based adhesive.
  4. Apply the adhesive with a notched trowel and lay the tiles, maintaining a gap of 2–3 mm.
  5. Once set, fill the joints with grout.
When installing tiles externally, provide expansion joints every 6–8 m.
